Please send a deposit of 20% of the total rental, which is non-refundable.
Your rental is determined by the month in which your arrival date falls.
All linen, towels, bedding and utilities are included in the price, there are no hidden extras.

We will send you a reminder approximately 2 months prior to your arrival for the balance due.
If you are booking less than 2 months prior to arrival, please send the full amount when booking.

Cheques should be made payable to R. Young.

Confirmation of booking will be sent to you on receipt of deposit/full amount. Should any amount of rental not be paid on time, then the booking becomes void.
Joining instructions will be sent on receipt of final payment.

Cancellations: 50% refund if cancellation is 6 weeks or more prior to arrival.
No refund is given if cancellation is within 6 weeks of arrival.
Note: the 20% deposit is not refundable in any circumstances.
